The sources are official
USAspending awards, transactions and reported subawards, plus SAM.gov when a key is configured. The raw government response is stored before anything is normalized, so better matching can be re-run without losing the original.
Every step is a state you can see
Discovered, basic enriched, fully enriched, then classified into a candidate package. A package becomes an opportunity only when evidence promotes it. Nothing is rounded up to look finished.
The record answers for itself
Five separate evidence types score each package, each with its own direction and confidence. Weak requirement evidence stays weak instead of being smoothed into a win probability.
